Xero Journal Export Type

Payers and administrators can now export corporate and business card claims directly to Xero as manual journals. The new Xero API Journal Export type creates one manual journal per claim, with configurable expense lines, clearing lines, tracking categories, and automatic claim summary attachment. This removes the need for manual journal entries in Xero and streamlines reconciliation for card programs.
